- β Popular Questions - Track frequently asked questions
- π€ Variation Generator - Create question variations
- π Prompt Config - Customize chatbot behavior
- π€ Acronyms & Queries - Manage acronym expansions
- π Activity Log - View system activity
- π§ Maintenance - System maintenance tools
- π Analytics - Usage statistics and insights
The sidebar is always visible, so you can quickly jump between sections at any time!

- Your email address
- Admin Panel branding
3. Main Content Area (Center)β
This is where you'll interact with features:

- Perform actions on records

- π Refresh - Reload current data
- Bulk operation buttons (varies by section)
Common Patternsβ
Tables and Listsβ
Most admin pages display data in tables with:
- Sortable columns - Click column headers to sort
- Pagination - Navigate through multiple pages of results
- Action buttons - View, Edit, Delete, etc. for each row
- Checkboxes - Select multiple items for bulk operations
Filters and Searchβ
Many sections include filter controls:
- Search box - Type to find specific entries
- Dropdown filters - Filter by status, type, etc.
- Sort controls - Choose sort field and direction
- Apply/Clear buttons - Apply or reset filters
Modals (Popup Windows)β
When you click "Edit" or "View", a modal window appears:
- Edit modals - Modify records with form fields
- View modals - See detailed information
- Close button (Γ) - Top-right corner to dismiss
- Action buttons - Save Changes, Cancel, etc. at bottom
Remember to click "Save Changes" before closing edit modals, or your changes will be lost!
Activity Logβ
Most pages include an Activity Log section at the bottom:
- Shows recent changes made to records
- Includes timestamp, user, action, and changes
- Helps track who made what changes and when
If the activity log shows "Failed to load", this doesn't affect the main functionality - it just means the audit log data couldn't be retrieved.
